At Natural Earth Paint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eco-friendly art supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our warehouse address provided in the authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
